When you write in, it helps to include your device, your OS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Signing in

I didn't get my confirmation email. Check your spam or junk folder. Our email comes from mail.lunesynth.com. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, use "Resend" on the confirmation screen, or email us.

I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We'll email you an 8-digit code. Enter that code in the app, then choose a new password.

Note: the email also contains a link, but the link opens our website — it won't reset your password on its own. Use the code in the app.

My code says it's wrong or expired. Codes are single-use and time-limited. Request a fresh one and enter it without spaces. If you request several, only the newest one works.

I was using Lune Synth as a guest and lost my progress. Guest sessions aren't tied to an email address, so they can't be recovered or transferred. Creating an account saves your progress from that point on.

Using the app

The app is asking for camera or photo access. That's for photographing handwritten work so it can be graded. You can decline and type or dictate your answers instead.

The app is asking for microphone access. That's for spoken answers. Audio is transcribed and immediately discarded — recordings are never stored.

Grading is taking a while. Handwriting and multi-step problems take longer than multiple choice. If it's stuck for more than a couple of minutes, close and reopen the app; your work is saved.

Your account and data

Delete your account: open the app's settings and choose Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also request it at lunesynth.com/delete-account.

Beta testers

Thanks for testing. The fastest way to report something is in the app, using Send Feedback in Settings. That attaches your app version automatically, which saves a round trip.
