Close the notes. Find the gaps.
A short attempt from memory can turn a vague feeling of familiarity into a specific list of what to study next.

The hardest step is choosing the method
A worksheet can tell you which formula to use before you read the problem. Mixed practice puts that decision back in your hands.

Friction is where learning starts
The resistance you feel when you retrieve, struggle, and try again is not getting in the way of learning. It is often the part that changes you.
